OpenSolution to join forces with KDR and CashPoint

OpenSolution, a leading provider of payment solutions in the Nordic region, has signed two new acquisitions; Cashpoint, a Swedish distributor of POS systems and POS terminals, as well as KDR, a leading Norwegian provider of payment solutions. The company thereby strengthens its expertise in selected customer verticales and its position in the Nordic region.

OpenSolution was acquired by the IK Small Cap I Fund in June 2016.
