IK Partners (“IK”) is a European private equity firm making investments in the UK and Ireland across its core sectors of Business Services, Healthcare and Industrials.

IK set up its Head Office in London in 1989 and has had a presence in the UK for over 30 years. In this office, we have teams embedded across three of our investment strategies and, to date, have made 10 investments in the UK and Ireland from several of our funds.

Our regional teams have a deep understanding of local markets and cultures as well as established connections, resources and support of a much larger international organisation. This helps us to achieve the best possible outcomes for all and we believe that this unique dimension is what differentiates us from other private equity firms.

The majority of IK’s non-investment professionals are based in the London office, including those belonging to the Capital Markets, Operations, Responsible Investment and Investor Relations and Communications teams.
