Alice Langley joined IK Partners in 2005 and is a Partner leading the Investor Relations, Communications and Responsible Investment teams. Since joining, Alice has helped to grow the team and drive significant fundraising efforts. In 2025, this culminated in the IK X Fund closing at its €3.3 billion hard cap – the largest fund to date. This was swiftly followed by the closing of the IK Small Cap IV Fund, at its €2.0 billion hard cap. A motivating leader and champion for change, Alice sees the value of having a diverse, collaborative and agile workforce in an ever-evolving Investor Relations and Fundraising landscape.
Prior to joining IK, Alice worked at Deloitte for the Financial Services Group – Audit & Risk Advisory Services. She is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BA (Hons) degree in English Literature from the University of Bristol.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys in Norfolk.
