Tom Salmon joined IK Partners in 2020 and is the Partner responsible for the UK Small Cap Investment team. He has over 15 years’ worth of investment experience across a variety of industries. Based in London, Tom is a member of the Business Services sector team.
Prior to joining IK, Tom was a Partner at Duke Street and at 3i, where he worked in both their London and Madrid offices. Tom is a qualified Chartered Accountant and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, after graduating from University College, Oxford with a first-class BA in Modern History.
Outside of work, Tom is a keen cyclist and golfer and has a young family who keep him busy.
