Tom Salmon joined IK Partners in 2020 and is the Partner responsible for the UK Small Cap Investment team. Based in London, he has over 20 years’ worth of investment experience. Tom is a member of the Business Services sector team and has led our investments in Forthglade, Dals, Ipsum and HSL Compliance.
Prior to joining IK, Tom was a Partner at Duke Street and at 3i, where he worked in both their London and Madrid offices. Tom is a qualified Chartered Accountant and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, after graduating from University College, Oxford with a first-class BA in Modern History.
Outside of work, Tom is a keen runner and golfer.
