IK Partners (“IK”) set up its Madrid office in 2026 and will look to make private equity investments (“PE”) across Spain and Portugal.

At IK, our regional teams have a deep understanding of local markets and cultures as well as established connections, resources and support of a much larger international organisation. This helps us to achieve the best possible outcomes for all and we believe that this unique dimension is what differentiates us from other PE firms.

In this office, we have a multi-strategy Investment team, responsible for executing deals that meet the criteria for our Mid Cap, Small Cap, Development Capital and Partnership Fund investment strategies.
