Benjy Mason joined IK Partners in 2025 and works as an Associate within the Small Cap Investment team in London, specialising in the Industrials sector.
Prior to joining IK, Benjy worked at Inflexion and CIL Management Consultants. He holds an MSc in Management from London Business School and a BA in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford.
Outside of work, Benjy enjoys wine tasting, CrossFit and sailing.
