Albina Stukalkina joined IK Partners in 2021 and is an Associate Director within the Responsible Investment team, based in London. She is involved in the research and analysis of material sustainability-related activities of our portfolio companies, supporting them in the implementation of actions to mitigate risks and identify relevant opportunities.
Prior to joining IK, Albina was employed by iClima Earth on the sustainability research team in London. Earlier roles include a role at UN Environmental Programme Financial Initiative on the Principles for Sustainable Insurance team in Geneva, Switzerland and a further position on the Sustainable Finance arm of S&P Global Ratings. Albina holds a MSc in Climate Change with Management and Finance from Imperial College London, in addition to a BSc in Political Economy from King’s College London.
Outside of work, Albina enjoys dancing and was a professional dancer in Ukraine.
