Alvaro Santos joined IK Partners in 2025 and is a Senior Tax Manager within the Finance and Administration team, based in London. He supports the Tax function at IK, overseeing all tax matters across transactions and the portfolio.
Prior to joining IK, Alvaro worked as a Tax Senior Manager within the M&A team at EY across the UK and Spain. He holds an LLM in Law and Tax Advisory from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, an LLB in Law and a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Deusto in Bilbao.
Outside of work, Alvaro enjoys cooking, hiking and performing improv theatre.
