Kristin Risthaus joined IK Partners in 2025 and is a Director within the Capital Markets team, based in London. She is responsible for supporting the team across a range of acquisition financing activities.
Prior to joining IK, Kristin worked within the Private Credit and Capital Markets teams at Blackstone, after positions at Robus Capital Management and IKB. She holds an MSc in International Management from Goethe University Frankfurt and a BA in Business Administration from the Provadis School of International Management and Technology.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys travelling, running and reading.
