TCFD and TNFD Report (2024)

We are pleased to share our 2024 Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (“TCFD”) Report, prepared in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s requirements.
Building on last year’s work, the TCFD framework continues to offer a consistent way to communicate how we identify and manage climate-related risks and opportunities. This alignment supports our commitment to transparency and drives stronger accountability in our approach.
In this report you will find:
- Governance
A look at how oversight of climate matters is embedded within our governance structure. - Strategy
Insights into how we integrate climate considerations into our investment strategy and results from portfolio-wide climate scenario analysis. - Risk Management
An overview of the processes we use to evaluate, monitor and mitigate climate-related exposures across our portfolio. - Metrics & Targets
A summary of the key performance indicators and goals we have set for both IK-financed and operational emissions—alongside our progress year-on-year.
TNFD Reporting
This year’s report has a new section detailing our approach to assessing and managing nature-related risks and impacts, in line with the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (“TNFD”) framework, prepared voluntarily in addition to FCA’s mandatory TCFD-aligned reporting requirements.
We look forward to sharing annual updates on our progress and invite you to explore this year’s report via the button on the left.
