Liliana joined IK Partners in 2025 and is a member of the Operations team in London. She supports portfolio companies, focusing on value creation and performance improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining IK, Liliana worked in private equity performance improvement at Alvarez & Marsal in London and also held roles in strategy and value creation at EY-Parthenon, and FIR Capital in Brazil. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and degrees in Finance and Economics from Nova SBE.
Outside of work, Liliana enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and travelling.
