At the time of exit, Graphium was one of Sweden’s leading specialty printing companies, focusing on payment cards, security printing and government documents.

The IK 1989 Fund acquired Graphium from Esselte group in October 1990, before the company was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in December 1993.
