Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Isernhagen, Germany, Lohoff Pension Services (“Lohoff” or “the Company”) is a leading provider of occupational pension administration solutions, with a focus on serving large corporations with complex pension plan structures.

Leveraging over 30 years of experience, the Company delivers highly flexible and bespoke administration services tailored to the specific needs of its clients. Lohoff acts as a trusted partner across the full occupational pension lifecycle supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of its clients’ pension schemes.

The Company operates from two locations: its headquarters in Isernhagen (near Hanover) and a second office in Warnemünde.

IK Partners acquired a majority stake in Lohoff in June 2025, partnering with the management team to acquire the business from the founding family.
