Aziep Ogbazghi joined IK Partners in 2021 and is a Human Resources (“HR”) and Payroll Advisor in London, responsible for supporting staff through all stages of employment as well as managing remuneration and benefits.
Prior to joining IK, Aziep worked in HR and payroll positions at Raymond James, Reply, and House of Fraser. She studied at The London Metropolitan University for a CIPD Postgraduate in HR Management, after graduating with a BA in International Business from Kingston University.
Outside of work, Aziep is a keen swimmer and enjoys extreme sports.
