Charlotte Chapoy joined IK Partners in 2019 and is a Human Resources (“HR”) Officer in London. She is responsible for the Firm’s HR functions, including the recruitment, training and welfare of staff across all offices. Charlotte’s calm and approachable manner enables her to provide significant support to staff across the Firm. With a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion internally, she works hard to innovate within HR and comes up with ideas to adapt processes accordingly.
Prior to her role at IK, Charlotte held HR positions at Reply Ltd and Coca-Cola European Partners. She holds a master’s in Organisations, Consulting and Development from EDHEC Business School, and a BA (Hons) in Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys hikes and cycling in the countryside. She also practices indoor climbing and salsa.
