Jing Chen joined IK Partners in 2025 and is an Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) Data Analyst within the ESG team, based in London.
Prior to joining IK, Jing completed internships with SynTao, Zero Waste Village Environmental NGO as well as IK—also in the ESG team. She holds an MSc in Applied Social Data Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Zhejiang University, China.
Outside of work, Jing enjoys cinema and diving.
