Michele Martin joined IK Partners in 2024 and is a Learning and Development Specialist within the Human Resources team, based in London.
Prior to joining IK, Michele worked as Talent and Development Advisor at Triton Partners, following organisational development roles at Barclays, HSBC and Nestlé UK. She holds a professional doctorate (DProf) in Organisational Change from Hult Ashridge Business School, an MSc in Organisational Communication from Boston University, and a dual degree BSc/BA in Business Administration and Music from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys sailing, cooking, playing tennis and piano, and watching American football (NFL) with her two teenage sons.
