Sustainability Report (2025)
We are pleased to share our 2025 Sustainability Report, “Building Resilience”.
This year’s report provides an overview of our continued integration of responsible investment (“RI”) considerations throughout the investment lifecycle, in line with our fiduciary duties. It also shares sustainability performance highlights and showcases selected case studies from six portfolio companies: Kersia, Plastiflex, Innovad, Tecomatic, Driescher and Ipsum.
Key highlights include:
- Continued development of our RI approach, including the creation of a new RI Roadmap for 2026–2028;
- Third Sustainability Forum and deepened engagement with portfolio companies on sustainability;
- Introduction of sustainability feedback reports for selected portfolio companies, with insights on sustainability performance, peer analysis and industry trends; and
- Further focus on RI governance, with a practical sustainability governance guidance developed for boards and Chief Sustainability Officers on governance models, roles and effective sustainability oversight.

Our Responsible Investment team
Our Responsible Investment team supports the integration of material sustainability-related risks throughout the Firm’s decision-making and in all stages of the investment process, to contribute to the sustainability-related value protection and value creation within IK and its portfolio companies. The team is also in charge of reviewing IK's sustainability-related initiatives, together with its monitoring and reporting practices. It does this through careful consideration of evolving standards and the Firm's fiduciary duties.
