Industri Kapital forms new textile rental group in the Benelux
Industri Kapital has formed a new textile rental group in the Benelux, through the combination of three family-controlled companies: Rentex Fortex in the Netherlands and Derere and Deckers in Belgium. The new group, which will be named Fortex, is already looking for further acquisition opportunities.

The current shareholders of the three companies have decided to remain in the new group and have retained minority shareholdings.
