Industri Kapital completes the acquisition of the tinting systems business of Tikkurila CPS

The Industri Kapital 2000 Fund has completed the acquisition of the tinting systems business of Tikkurila CPS from Kemira Oyj. Kemira retains a minority interest of approximately 30% in the business. Furthermore Finnish MB Funds and management are minority investors in the new company, which will be named CPS Color.

Tikkurila CPS is the world’s leading supplier of advanced tinting systems. The systems are sold on all continents and customers consist mainly of the paint industry. The business employs approximately 300 people.

The competition authorities concerned have approved the transaction.
