Industri Kapital to invest in Magotteaux
Industri Kapital has signed an agreement to invest in Magotteaux, a world leading supplier of grinding media for the cement, mining, aggregates and dredging industries.
Founded in Liège (Belgium) in 1920, Magotteaux is a world leader in grinding media and wear resistant parts for the cement and mining industries. It is focussed on preparing metallurgical advanced grinding media for a variety of industries that involve crushing and grinding processes. Products include grinding balls and wear tables, diaphragms and linings for mills

The arrival of Industri Kapital confirms the mission started 3 years ago by the exiting CEO.
As of completion of the transaction, Industri Kapital will obtain a significant stake in Magotteaux’ capital. This is the first step of the implementation of the expansion plan of the company with a view to a listing in the medium term.
