Investment Team

Our Investment team is fundamental to the success of our business and is split according to strategy, sector and office location. Through the collective efforts of everyone within the team, IK can build and maintain a diversified portfolio. The individuals in this team are responsible for sourcing deals, undertaking due diligence and structuring a transaction in the early stages of an investment and during active ownership, they implement performance improvement initiatives to generate significant value. All of this is achieved through careful stewardship and strong governance through a mutually respectful partnership established at the very beginning.

Finance & Administration

Our Finance and Administration team encompasses individuals across the Fund Administration, Finance, HR, Tax, Compliance and IT departments. They are essential for the smooth running of the Firm, with responsibility for a wide range of areas including, but not limited to, reporting and valuations, recruitment and onboarding, tax compliance and risk management as well as IT infrastructure.
