Founded in 1989, Ascora Group (“Ascora” or “the Group”) is a multi-specialist insurance broker in France, with an offer centred around three core products: Real Estate; Property & Casualty; and Health & Protection. The Group is well-known for its comprehensive range of brokerage services beyond pure distribution, notably in claims management.
With centrally located headquarters in Île-de-France, the Group serves a loyal and diversified base of over 12,000 clients. The Group’s expertise is built on a technical and pragmatic approach which involves careful analysis, advice and management to ensure that each solution is tailored to the needs of its clients.
IK Partners invested in Ascora in December 2025, alongside the existing management team in a transaction designed to support the founder’s succession plans.
