Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Bonn, Germany, conet (“the Company”) is a leading full-service IT provider in German-speaking Europe for public administration, the defence sector and companies in the automotive, finance & insurance, energy & utilities and manufacturing industries.

IK Partners acquired conet in December 2021 from H.I.G. Capital with the Company’s management team reinvesting alongside IK.
