NEVERHACK (“the Company”), formerly Pr0ph3cy, is a leading provider of IT and cybersecurity services for a highly diversified blue-chip customer base, within both public and private sectors. 

Founded in 2021, the Company has rapidly established itself as a key player in the IT services sector thanks to a series of acquisitions made in 2022. The additions of OpenCyber and Harmonie Technologie have enabled the Company to operate across the entire cyber services value chain and offer a range of products spanning consultancy, training, quotation and artificial intelligence solutions.

Entrepreneurial in nature, NEVERHACK employs approximately 600 experts who serve hundreds of customers from its nine offices across Europe and North America. IK Partners (“IK”) first invested in NEVERHACK in 2021 (then Pr0ph3cy Group), having led the merger of Silicom and Seela through a primary leveraged buyout. After tripling the size of the business in just under two years, IK sold its stake to Carlyle before reinvesting alongside the management team in 2023. Both investments were made from the Development Capital pool within the IK SC III Fund.
