Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Biron, France, OCTIME Group (“OCTIME” or “the Group”) provides a comprehensive range of SaaS-based solutions for time management and human resource planning. OCTIME’s products enable organisations to track and manage workforce performance, including time, attendance, scheduling and tasks.

The Group serves more than 7,000 small to medium-sized enterprises and occupies a unique position in the Healthcare sector, specialising in the complex verticals of the highly regulated French employment law market. With approximately 300 employees, OCTIME has a well-established platform in France and operates internationally through subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.

IK Partners acquired its stake in October 2024 from existing shareholders, including Group President Guillaume Berbinau and the management team, who all reinvested.
