ESG

Our Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) team supports the integration of sustainability risks throughout the Firm’s decision-making and in all stages of the investment process, to contribute to the sustainability-related value protection and value creation within IK and its portfolio companies. The team is also in charge of strengthening IK’s ESG policies, evolving IK’s monitoring and reporting approach, and ensuring early adoption of leading ESG standards.

Leadership

IK Partners is managed and owned by its partners who are an experienced and stable team with an average tenure of 10 years. The group, which counts eight different nationalities, is spread across all our offices and meets on a regular basis by strategy. Collectively, they are responsible for the administration of the Firm’s overall activities, encompassing investing and fundraising as well as management of its teams and finance. The partners are equally pivotal in sharing our ‘People-First’ ethos and leading by example.

Investor Relations and Communications

Our Investor Relations and Communications team combines finance, marketing and communications to control the flow of information between IK, its investors and key stakeholders. This team consists of two distinct groups of individuals; one responsible for raising IK funds as well providing continuous investor services including co-investment opportunities and the other responsible for the planning, delivery and execution of all marketing and communications efforts globally.
