Paola Ismail joined IK Partners in 2023 and is an Associate within the Development Capital Investment Team in Paris, specialising in the Healthcare sector.
Prior to joining IK, Paola has worked in Paris and London at Ardian, Morgan Stanley and PwC. Paola holds a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University and a master’s in Management from ESCP Business School.
Outside of work, Paola enjoys traveling and skiing.
