Yellow Hive (“the Company”), previously You Sure, is a leading Dutch insurance platform with active broker and managing general agent (“MGA”) capabilities, serving both small and medium-sized enterprises and consumers.

Yellow Hive is organised into four pillars, through which the company offers: generalist property and casualty insurance brokerage via You Sure; employee benefits via Felixx ® work & income; specialist insurance brokerage via niche specialist brands tailored to each product, industry or risk type; and domestic and international MGA services via Yinco. The Company’s insurance activities are supported by its shared services centre, which is underpinned by a fully integrated platform operating across Technology, Risk & Compliance, Finance, M&A, Human Resources and Marketing.

The Company was acquired in April 2024 by the IK Strategic Opportunities I (“IK SO I”) Fund, IK’s first continuation vehicle, alongside co-lead investors TPG GP Solutions, AlpInvest Partners and Pantheon. This followed IK’s initial investment in You Sure in 2020 from the IK Small Cap II Fund.
