Headquartered in Les Ulis, France, Eurobio Scientific Group (“Eurobio” or “the Group”) develops, produces and distributes in vitro diagnostic (“IVD”) tests mainly. With a focus on transplantation, infectious diseases, life sciences and oncology, the Group supports public health needs through innovative diagnostic tests for laboratories and healthcare providers.

Eurobio’s comprehensive portfolio encompasses proprietary products — developed across four production facilities in Europe and the United States — as well as solutions manufactured by third-party providers; many of which, the Group has exclusive partnerships with. Eurobio has over 360 employees worldwide, including 50 R&D scientists.

With a history of robust growth, both organic and via successful M&A activity, Eurobio has established itself as a global leader in IVD.

In December 2024, IK Partners indirectly acquired a stake in the Group, alongside existing shareholders EB Development, NextStage AM and the management team.
