Capital Markets

Integrated throughout the investment lifecycle, our Capital Markets team is responsible for leading acquisition financing for IK’s portfolio companies, capitalising on the team’s expertise in leveraged finance and private credit. The team is also responsible for managing and growing the Firm’s relationships with investment banks and credit funds.

During the active ownership period of an investment, the team maintains regular contact with the portfolio company’s management and oversees all relevant capital markets activities (add-on financing, refinancing / recapitalisation or exit financing).
