ZytoService reaches an agreement to acquire P...IK Investment Partners to acquire ZytoService
Leading German integrated oncology healthcare provider
Founded in 2002 in Hamburg, Germany, alanta health group (“alanta” or “the Group”), formerly ZytoService, is a leading fully integrated oncology care platform. The Group combines specialty compounding, pharmaceutical wholesale and operates a nationwide network of medical care centres that provide comprehensive outpatient cancer treatment.
alanta operates two state-of-the-art, certified (§13 AMG) compounding facilities in Hamburg and Leipzig, producing individually tailored oncology infusions for pharmacies and clinics, as well as 32 medical centres and two hospitals. The Group employs approximately 860 people and has provided infusion treatments to more than 300,000 patients since 2010.
IK Partners acquired a majority stake in alanta in December 2016 from the Group’s founders and capiton.
