Fast-growing Dutch testing, inspection and related services provider specialising in the built environment
Formed in 2018, through the acquisition of several inspection companies by HC Partners, Sansidor (“the Group”) is a fast-growing network of testing, inspection and services companies. The Group seeks to provide a one-stop-shop for small and medium-sized enterprises in the built environment, offering a range of inspection-related services and advice pertaining to water safety, fire protection, electronical installations and building integrity.
At the time of acquisition, Sansidor’s network comprised 18 companies in the Netherlands with nearly 400 employees, who served over 9,000 clients across a diverse range of sectors.
IK Partners acquired a majority stake in Sansidor in September 2024 and invested alongside existing shareholders HC Partners, founders of the respective group companies and the management team.

Our Value Creation Strategy
We are working alongside management to:
- Further broaden Sansidor’s service offering into adjacent markets;
- Increase cross-selling and collaboration between group companies; and
- Accelerate the Group’s buy-and-build strategy and pursue international expansion.
