Andrea Mele joined IK Partners in 2025 and is an Associate within the Small Cap investment team in Paris, specialising in the Healthcare sector.
Prior to joining IK, Andrea worked in strategy consulting at L.E.K Consulting as a Project Leader. He holds a MSc in Management from ESCP Business School in Paris and a BSc in Business Administration from Università Cattolica in Milan.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys cooking and riding his motorbike.
