Xavier Lemonnier joined IK Partners in 2026 and is a Partner, leading the Wendel Principal Investments (“WPI”) team in Paris. He is responsible for the identification, execution and management of all opportunities relating to this strategy and specialises in the Industrials sector. At present, Xavier sits on the boards of Stahl, Scalian, Muno and Globeducate.
Prior to joining IK, Xavier worked at Wendel, where he was most recently co-responsible for direct investments in Europe and BC Partners, after starting his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. He is a graduate of École Polytechnique and ENSAE Paris.
Outside of work, Xavier enjoys trail running, comic books and spending time with his children.
