Ingmar Bär joined IK Partners in 2018 and is the Partner responsible for the DACH Development Capital Investment team, based in Hamburg. He began his career at the Firm in the DACH Small Cap team and has been involved in a range of investments across the region, including Quanos and EQQO. He is a member of the Firm’s Business Services sector group.
Prior to joining IK, Ingmar worked at Triton and The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University and an MSc in Accounting from Rotterdam School of Management.
Outside of work, Ingmar enjoys sports as well as travelling and is an active member of the charity club Round Table in Hamburg.
