Caroline Le Hen joined IK Partners in 2013 and is a Director within the Small Cap Investment team, based in Paris. She specialises in the Industrials sector and since joining, has worked hard across a range of transactions in France both in the Mid Cap and Small Cap teams.
Prior to joining IK, Caroline gained experience completing internships at Five Arrows Principal Investment and Credit Agricole CIB. She graduated from ESCP Business School Europe with an MSc in Management.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys French music and is a true foodie.
