Daniel O’Neill joined IK Partners in 2022 and is a Director within the Mid Cap Investment team in London, specialising in the Industrials sector.
Prior to joining IK, Daniel was a Principal at Rubicon Partners, where he worked for eight years. Daniel has also previously worked at Robert W. Baird, Barclays and Merrill Lynch. He holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from University College Cork in Ireland, where he attained a First Class Honours.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his young family, travelling, live music and theatre and all things sports.
