Mirthe Steinfort joined IK Partners in 2022 and is an Associate Director within the Small Cap Investment team in Amsterdam, specialising in the Healthcare sector.
Prior to joining IK, Mirthe was an Associate for ING Bank in Amsterdam, focusing on specialised financing in the TMT and Healthcare sectors. She also holds a MSc in Finance from Vrije University in Amsterdam.
Outside of work, Mirthe enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures. She also enjoys running, pilates and cooking.
