Philipp Schmidt joined IK Partners in 2018 and is a Director, working in the Mid Cap Investment team in Hamburg. He has been involved in a number of transactions in the DACH region across industries. Philipp has specialist knowledge within the Industrials sector.
Prior to joining IK, Philipp worked in the M&A Team of Credit Suisse in London and gained earlier experience completing several internships in private equity and investment banking. Philipp holds a MA in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen as well as a BSc in General Management from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
Outside of work, Philipp enjoys rowing, travelling and good food.
