We are pleased to share our 2024 Sustainability Report "Responsible Investment in Focus".
This year’s report outlines how we continue to integrate responsible investment ("RI") principles throughout the investment lifecycle while providing examples of sustainability initiatives carried out by portfolio companies from across IK sectors and strategies.
Key 2024 highlights include:
- Integrated new tools and strengthened cross-functional collaboration to better assess climate, biodiversity and reputational risks.
- Hosted our second Sustainability Forum and deepened engagement with industry peers on responsible investment.
- Received the Real Deals ESG Award for “PE House of the Year – Mid Cap (avg deal size >€250m)”, recognising our evolving Responsible Investment strategy.

Our Responsible Investment team
Our Responsible Investment team supports the integration of material sustainability-related risks throughout the Firm’s decision-making and in all stages of the investment process, to contribute to the sustainability-related value protection and value creation within IK and its portfolio companies. The team is also in charge of reviewing IK's sustainability-related initiatives, together with its monitoring and reporting practices. It does this through careful consideration of evolving standards and the Firm's fiduciary duties.
