Jérôme Richard joined IK Partners in 2026 and is a Partner within the Operations team, based in Paris. Predominantly working with companies within the Wendel Principal Investments strategy, he is also involved in value creation initiatives across the entire IK portfolio. Jérôme sits on the Supervisory Board of Scalian.
Prior to joining IK, Jérôme worked at Wendel, serving as Co-Head of the Operating team. Before this, he was CEO of John Paul, a technology-enabled services business and held senior executive roles at Schneider Electric in Purchasing, before moving into Sales and Business Development. He began his career at Boston Consulting Group in Paris and New York in the operations and healthcare practices. Jérôme holds an MSc in Engineering from CentraleSupélec.
Outside of work, Jérôme is a scuba diving instructor and enjoys muay-thaï as well as cooking.
